An OT can help regain the ability to perform activities of daily living including getting dressed, bathing, and cooking. This is also including, leisure activities such as social communication.

There is no best exercise for PD. However, some exercises that do help many individuals with PD include, treadmill walking, dancing, boxing, tai chi, swimming, and biking. These are just to name a few; please contact us to learn more!
