Debra Raffo2024-08-23Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Hello, This is to let Synaptic Rehabilitation know that the Person that they set up for me Anthony Raffo. Is somone that really knows his job and he does it so well. My wife and I really like Parth Patel very much he is right on with me every time he is at our home. He helps me understand my condition so much better when he explains what kind of exercise we are going to do next. Every time he is here he does an excellent job with me. And I do not want anyone else, This man (Parth Patel) knows his job very well. Thank You so much for giving us Parth. donna dacuk2024-08-23Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I have been having Physical Therapy with Nick from Synaptic for about 2 months & we are both very pleased. My husband has Parkinson’s & failed back surgery, is barely ambulatory, and is in chronic pain so every move he does is slow and deliberate. Even though Synaptic was recommended to us by our Parkinson’s doctor, we were afraid that whatever therapist we got would lack patience and would insist on too rigorous a regimen for my husband to follow. This was not the case: Nick was empathetic and very careful to create exercises that my husband could do but wouldn’t be too taxing, and gradually raised the level of exercise to be most beneficial. He was the same with me; I have a bad back which gets exacerbated by being a caregiver & am not always as careful as I should be. I was very afraid that any exercises would send my back into spasm & that I would end up back in the hospital again which is my greatest fear. Nick understood and has been very helpful and supportive in everything he does for both of us. He never pushes me into the spasm zone and that’s a relief that I can’t even explain. We are so glad our doctor recommended Synaptic and are very grateful for Nicks excellent compassionate care. Suzanne Horsley2024-08-14Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Jess does an amazing job with my mom, a Parkinson's patient. The in-home support while delivering exceptional OT is exactly what we needed when my mom stopped driving. Every step of the way, Synaptic Rehabilitation has been helpful. The transition to at home OT as opposed to OT in a rehab facility was an adjustment for my mom, but it was made so much easier with Mariela's efforts managing the administrative work and with Jess' encouraging support and OT regimen. Truly, this has been a perfect fit and the best solution for my mom and our family. We highly recommend Synaptic Rehabilitation and would give 10 stars if we could! Ross Keit2023-12-19Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Finding the best home care service for my father was a top priority for us and we definitely made the right choice with this company. I'm in the New York area but my father lives in New Jersey so it was important we find someone that does in home physical therapy and was certified since I'm not always able to take him to the clinic. From what I've gathered talking to my father, synaptic rehab was caring , knowledgeable and went above and beyond in all their sessions. I can't thank you guys enough. Highly appreciate and highly recommended 10 stars!!!! Jake Schwartz2023-11-21Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I got into an accident two months ago when I slipped into our bathroom. I seek medical help, and I've been hospitalized for a week. However, I noticed that I was starting to feel back pain and muscle fatigue in my shoulders a month ago, so I decided to try their service. I am impressed by how professional and knowledgeable they're treating me. They made sure that I was comfortable and guided me throughout our session. Erik Finman2023-08-28Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The therapist is simply the best. I have been to other physical therapists, but their hands-on approach has really made a difference in my recovery. Also, it was convenient for me since it is home physical therapy. Their pleasant manner and knowledge regarding overall wellness always make me think their visit is something I look forward to. It was such quality care they'd given me. Jeremy Miller2023-08-22Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am always skeptical about going outside for physical therapy, but luckily I've found Synaptic Rehab. The therapist here is a top-of-the line physical therapist. I have been actively visited weekly by my therapist and quickly saw results. He truly cares about his patients lifestyles and works to get them back into their daily routine. It was the best quality care I've ever experienced.
